Our physician and staff are well trained to provide in depth care for a wide range of illnesses, including diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure (to name a few). We strongly encourage each patient to take an active role in his or her health care. FHC places a high priority on preventive health through health education, medical screenings, and suggested life style modifications.
