Appointments

We see patients by appointments and ask that you please call 972-602-4466 to schedule an appointment. If you’re unable to call the office for an appointment, we do also accept walk-in appointments based on schedule availability. Rest assured that we will make every attempt to treat you on the same day that you call or visit us for an appointment.

Office Hours

Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. (We are closed during the lunch hour of 12:00 noon-1:00pm.)

Cancellations

We ask that if you are not able to make it to your scheduled appointment, please call our office to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Doing so will allow our office to make that appointment time available to others. Please also call the office if you are running late. We might have to reschedule your appointment. If you do not reschedule and miss your appointment three (3) consecutive times due to a no-show, you will be discharged from the practice.

New Patients

New patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. You may download and complete the forms from the Patient Forms page and either complete those here before your appointment or come prepared with them. Please bring your insurance card(s) and a form of identification (e.g., driver's license) with you to all of your appointments.

Emergencies

If you experience a life-threatening emergency, PLEASE DIAL 9-1-1 IMMEDIATELY.
